My Detour
My journey to healthy living has a bit of a detour. I am currently pregnant with our 2nd child. I'm about 4 weeks pg, and my due date is around late August, early September.
I haven't run in about 3 weeks. 2 weeks I was sick and then this week I just have been feeling blah. However, I want to keep running, as long as I feel good. I am feeling a bit better, I haven't really had any morning sickness. I'm a bit tired, but I can still function. So, I am going to keep running this week. I really want to keep in shape with this pregnancy. I am about 50-60 lbs lighter than when I was pg with Kalynn. I am hoping that since I am in better shape, that my labor will be shorter. My last labor was 29 hours and I'm hoping that it will be significantly less.
So, I will keep running, and eating better, just not to lose weight. .Although, I haven't been eating very well this week, I plan on doing better this week.
